First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Expose to fresh air.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water keeping eyelid open.
In case of persistent discomfort consult an opthalmologist.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash off with plenty of water and soap
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical attention immediately

Fire-fighting measures

Recommended extinguishing agent: All extinguishing substances suitable (water, carbon
dioxide, foam, powder).

Water used to extinguish fire should not enter drainage
systems, soil or stretches of water. Contaminated fire-
extinguishing water must be disposed of in accordance with
regulations issued by the appropriate local authorities and
fire residues should be disposed of in accordance with the
regulations.

Product arising from burning: The following hazardous smoke fumes may be produced:

Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and nitrogen oxides.

suitable containers. Dispose of absorbed material in

Handling: Personal protective equipment (must meet the requirements of
directive 89/686/EEC and amendments):

Gloves (butyl rubber), safety glasses, lightweight
protective clothing, dust mask/air supplied respirator.


Engineering measures: Take precautionary measures against
static discharges, ensure suitable suction/aeration at the
work place with operational machinery.


Safe handling advice:

Avoid dust formation.

Storage: Store cool and dry in the closed original packaging, secure
containers from falling down.

fibreboard or plastic kegs.
