Description of key information
The flash point of the test substance was determined to be 141 °C at 1013 hPa.

A study was conducted according Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.9, DIN EN ISO 3679 (2004), OPPTS 830.6315 (1996) and CIPAC MT 12 (2009) to determine flash point of the test item using a closed cup method. The start temperature for the main test (140 °C) was chosen based on preliminary test results. The flash point was determined to be at 141.24 °C (corrected to the ambient pressure). Thus, the flash point of the test item was determined to be 141.0 °C (corrected and rounded down to the nearest multiple of 0.5 °C) at 1013.25 hPa. No observations were made which cause doubt on the validity of the outcome of the study.
