Description of key information
Gallium arsenide is produced in form of a massive block. The determination of particle size/granulometry is not applicable to massives. Gallium arsenide in form of the massive block is used for the production of wafers. This article is marketed. These wafers are disks made of gallium arsenide with a thickness of ca. 625 µm. Typical disk diameters are 76 mm or 100mm or 150 mm.
