Executive summary:

The water solubility (cs) of FAT 92368/Y was assessed according to the flask method as specified in OECD test guideline 105. In the experiment, three flasks were prepared with about 1000 mg test item and 5 ml water. The batches were incubated for 24, 48 & 72 hours respectively and compared with blank using UV VIS. Based on the findings of the study, the water solubility (cs) of the test item at a temperature of 20 °C was determined to be 182 g/L.
