Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

According to Guidance on information requirements and chemical safety assessment (Chap R.7a: Endpoint specific guidance), the flash point is only a relevant property for liquids and low melting point solids. Further, if the substance decomposes before melting, determination of flash point can be considered technically not feasible. As the substance was seen to undergo decomposition at approx 250 °C while testing for melting point, the study was considered to be technically not feasible.
