As the test material is a UVCB substance, the 3 main components have been assessed for the purposes of this report. The substance contains no known chemical groups associated with oxidising properties and whilst is does contain oxygen, ester groups are not considered to indicate a propensity to perform oxidation . The calculated oxygen balance values also confirm this conclusion, being of a negative value indicative that oxygen would not be available for oxidisation.
