Description of key information
The short-term toxicity of the read-across material, acrylamide, to aquatic invertebrates was assessed in a freshwater flow through study of Daphnia magna over 48 hours. The 48-hour EC50 was 98 mg/L. The 48-hour No-Observed-Effect-Concentration (NOEC) was 60 mg/L, based on both mortality and behavioural effects.
