This list contains substances designated as preservatives which cosmetic products marketed in the European Union may contain. The list contains maximum concentration limits and other restrictions. It also contains special labelling requirements, which outline conditions of use and warnings.
If mixed with other mercurial compounds authorised by this Regulation, the maximum concentration of Hg remains fixed at 0.007%
