Notes
01 Without prejudice to Annex I, the criteria for 'Required proportion of valid data' shall be used for checking validity when aggregating data and calculating statistical parameters

08 Date by which limit value is to be met: 1 January 2010

25 Stage 2 sets up the limit value to 20 ug/m3 with 1 January 2020 as the date by which the limit value is to be met. The indicative limit value for Stage 2 to be reviewed by the Commission in 2013 in the light of further information on health and environmental effects, technical feasibility and experience of the target value in Member States

26 Year by which limit exposure concentration obligation is to be met: 2015

30 Average Limit is the Limit Value, a level fixed with the aim of avoiding, preventing or reducing harmful effects on human health and/or the environment and not to be exceeded once attained
