First-aid measures

·Inhalation: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Call a physician.
·Skin, Eye: In case of contact, immediately flush eyes or skin with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minute while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. In case of contact with eyes, Rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advise. Assure adequate flushing of the eyes by separation the eyelids with fingers.
·Ingestion: If swallowed wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Call a physician.

Fire-fighting measures

·Suitable extinguishing media: Substance is noncombustible; use agent most appropriate to extinguish surrounding fire. If water is the only media available, use in flooding amounts.
·Unsuitable extinguish media/methods: none
·Hazardous combustion product or gases: Carbon monoxide, irritating and toxic fumes and gases, carbon dioxide, hydrogen fluoride.
·Special protective equipment for fire fighters: As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus in pressure-demand, MSHA/NIOSH (approved or equivalent), and full protective gear.
During a fire, irritating and highly toxic gases may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion. Use water spray to keep fire-exposed containers cool. Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) is required if drums rupture and contents are spilled under fire conditions.
Additional Information: Use water spray to cool containers. Containers may rupture under fire conditions. Decomposition may occur. Containers may rupture under fire conditions. Decomposition may occur.

Accidental release measures

Absorb spill with inert material (e.g. vermiculite, sand or earth), then place in suitable container.Clean up spills immediately, observing precautions in the Protective Equipment section. Provide ventilation. Do not get water on spilled substances or inside containers.

Handling and storage

Wash thoroughly after handling. Wash hands before eating. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Use only in a well-ventilated area.Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Do not ingest or inhale. Discard contaminated shoes.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep container closed when not in use. Store in a tightly closed container.

Exposure controls / personal protection

Engineering Controls:
Normal ventilation for standard manufacturing procedures is generally adequate.
Local exhaust should be used when large amounts are released.
Mechanical ventilation should be used in low places.
Personal protection:
Respiratory protection: Ventilation Under normal manufacturing conditions, respiratory protection is required when using this product. Self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) is required if a large spill occurs.
Skin protection: Impervious gloves should be used avoid prolonged or repeated exposure.
Impermeable apron and boots to prevent skin contact.
Eye protection: Chemical splash goggles should be available for use as needed to prevent eye contact.

Stability and reactivity

Conditions to avoid: Excessive heat and contamination of any kind
Stability: Stable under normal temperatures and pressures
Materials to avoid (incompatabilities): Strong oxidants and reducing agents
