Description of key information

The vapor pressure of FC-770 is 50.6 mm Hg (6.75 kPa) at 20.0 °C (EU Method A. 4 and OECD Guideline 104)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
6.75 kPa
at the temperature of:
20 °C

Additional information

This study is classified as acceptable and satisfies the guideline requirements for test method OECD 104 and EEC directive 92/69 EEC, Annex V, Part A.4 and is compliant with GLP standards. In another study, vapor pressure was determined to be 38.0 mm Hg (5.07 kPa) which supports the key study results. The supporting study follows ASTM E-1719-97 and ASTM D1120-94, but the key study is the preferred value due to the supporting study's deviations from OECD 104 and unknown GLP compliance.
