Workers - Hazard for the eyes

Local effects

Hazard assessment conclusion:
no hazard identified

Additional information - workers

No irritant effects at all on conjunctiva, cornea, and iris were seen within 3 days after application of 0.1 ml into the conjunctival sac of the right eyes of 3 rabbits, while the left eyes served as controls. Additional groups received the same application, but the eyes were washed at 2 or 4 seconds after application. No reaction was observed. Scoring was performed according to Draize.
