Description of key information
A GLP study is available for the flammability test with the test substance. Regarding flammability in contact with water and pryophoric properties it was considered sufficient to evaluate the structural features of the constituents of the substance and to write a statement on these properties. All studies were performed according to UN and EC guidelines and under GLP.

In the flammability test (preliminary screening test) the substance was found to be 'not highly flammable'. Also, based on evaluation of the structural features of the substance is was concluded that the substance is non flammable in contact with water and air (non pyrophoric).
Justification for classification or non-classification
Based on the above mentioned results, classification according to the CLP Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 and the Dangerous Substance Directive 67/548/EC is not considered necessary.
