Executive summary:

The determination of viscosity of the test item was performed according to OECD Guideline 114 and CIPAC MT 22, using a capillary viscometer (U-tube viscometer size A) to measure the kinematic viscosity. The test item was initially analyzed for dynamic viscosity using rotational viscometer at 20°C and 40°C. The torque % was found less than 10% and the viscosity was found below 100 mPa. s at 20°C and 40°C temperatures. Thus, the test item was finally analyzed for kinematic viscosity using U-tube viscometer size A. The experiment was conducted in three replications at 20ºC and 40ºC. The determined average kinematic viscosity of the test item was 3.0 mm2/s at 20ºC and 2.65 mm2/s at 40ºC.
