other: Read across from structural analogue. The Kation is the same, only the inorganic anion is different.
Justification for type of information:
An experimental derived value is available for a surrogate material. The difference between the materials is only the inorganic anion (BF4- vs. Cl-). The kation is the same in both substances, for which reason the influence of the kation on the properties is the same in both molecules. So only the anion could cause a difference in the properties. It is unlikely, that the inorganic anions influence the flamability of the substances. With high probability it can be assumed, that the flamability of both substances is the same. This information is sufficient for a risk assessment.
