Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

With high probability acutely not harmful to fish.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In a guideline study following JIS K 0102 - 1974 item 55 the acute toxicity of the substance to fish was determined.Test fish of the species Oryzias latipes were exposed to the substance for 96 hours in a static test system. At test termination a LC50 of ca. 11000 mg/l based on nominal test substance concentrations was determined (BASF AG, 1983).
