Description of key information

Does not significantly accumulate in aquatic organisms.

Additional information

In total, 4 study records are available, one experimental study and 3 valid QSAR approaches taking into account the test item properties. The calculated BCFs are in a range of 6.5 to 15. The BCF values of the experimental study was determined to be 12 and therefore in line with the calculations.

The with QSAR predicted BCFs for the relevant prediceted metabolites range from 1.234 to 4.4 L/kg the metabolites were within the applicabilty domaine of the model and are considered reliable.

Taken together, the results indicate that siginficant accumulation in aquatic organisms is not to be expected. Furthermore, the substance is clearly failing the PBT cut-off criteria for BCF of 2000.
