Předchozí doporučení
Nařízení REACH stanoví, aby agentura ECHA ze „seznamu látek" doporučila látky, které mají být přednostně zařazeny do přílohy XIV nařízení REACH („seznam látek podléhajících povolení"), a navrhla záznamy přílohy XIV (tj. přechodná ustanovení a případné výjimky nebo období přezkumu) těchto látek Evropské komisi a současně zohlednila stanovisko Výboru členských států. Evropská komise nakonec prostřednictvím postupu projednávání ve výborech (s kontrolou) rozhodne, které látky budou zařazeny do přílohy XIV a jaké budou související záznamy.
Níže uvedená tabulka přináší všechny chemické látky, které byly zahrnuty do návrhů nebo konečných znění doporučení agentury ECHA k převedení látek ze seznamu látek do přílohy XIV. Sloupec s názvem „Stav“ uvádí, zda látky byly doporučeny pro zařazení do přílohy XIV nebo zda již do ní byly zařazeny. Dokumenty související s doporučeními si můžete zobrazit zobrazit, když kliknete na možnost „Podrobnosti“ u příslušné látky.
Chemické látky, které nejsou doporučeny v daném kole (stav: „Nedoporučeno v tomto kole“), budou přehodnoceny v dalších kolech. Chcete-li nalézt nejnovější stav, doporučujeme v tabulce vyhledávat podle látky (názvu / čísla ES / čísla CAS).
