biodegradation in soil: simulation testing
Data waiving:
exposure considerations
Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because direct and indirect exposure of soil is unlikely

Description of key information

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Direct and indirect exposure of soil is unlikely. As the soil screening assessment indicated no risk for the soil compartment, no further tests on biodegradation in soil are required (REACH Annex IX and X and TGD IR & CSR, 2008, R7b, p.2008).
