Disposal considerations

Industry - Possibility of recovery/recycling: Recovery from water is possible. However, it is not
economical to recover the substance for re-use.

Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: Not applicable, the substance has no known hazardous
effects.

Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not recommended. [UK c.a.: disposal of small amounts from
spills at a controlled landfill may be possible],

Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Recommended. The facility used should have a waste gas
treatment facility to remove nitrogen and sulphur oxides.

Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: The substance is virtually insoluble in water and may be
readily removed before disposal by incineration.

Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance itself will not enter the public domain.
