Details on results:
Calibration
The calibration solutions were prepared in 0.005 – 1 µg/ml range.
The calibration samples were analysed by HPLC-VIS method with three replicate injections from each. The calibration curves were prepared on each analytical occasion and the calibration curves were constructed applying linear regression.

Conclusions:
Water solubility was found to be below the quantification limit of a validated HPLC method, i.e. 5 µg/l at 20 ± 0.5 °C, using the column elution method.
Executive summary:

Method

Based on the preliminary solubility test, the column elution method was selected for the main tets according to OECD 104.

Result

Water solubility below the quantification limit of the validated HPLC method, i.e. 5 µg/l at 20 ± 0.5 °C.

Description of key information

Water solubility at 20 ± 0.5 °C and pH 7.11 - 7.68 is below the limit of quantification of a validated HPLC method, i.e. 5 µg/l.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
