The scope of the Working Group on Human Health comprises the following topics:

• Toxicological data requirements
• Toxicological risk assessment
• Proposed risk management measures
• Consideration of the criteria set out in Articles 5 and 10 of the Biocidal Products Regulation
• Residue definition where relevant

In addition, the Working Group provides support in guidance development and in any other human health issue related to the use of a biocidal product.
