Evaluation of SCIP database published
During the first half of this year, an evaluation of the SCIP database was conducted and finalised by an external provider. As part of this evaluation, a dedicated survey was developed and made available to respondents, such as waste operators, NGOS, or Member States. The aim of the study was to assess to which extent the objectives of the SCIP database have been met and whether ECHA fulfilled its duty in setting up and maintaining the database. The study also provides a historical cost assessment and forecasted SCIP related expenditures in the future.
