Restrictions under consideration

Before adoption the proposed restrictions undergo a process with several steps. The status of all the ongoing restriction processes under the REACH Regulation and related documents can be found under the Restrictions under consideration.

When a restriction process is undergoing a step that foresees a public consultation open and ongoing the links to the forms for submitting comments to ECHA are available.
