The Biocidal Products Committee adopts five opinions

Six other opinions expected to be adopted by written procedure.

Helsinki, 20 April 2015 - The Biocidal Products Committee (BPC) met for the 10th time from 14 to 16 April 2015.

The adopted opinions are for active substances in biocidal products used as disinfectants, slimicides and metal working or cutting fluid preservatives. 

The BPC has also agreed to the participation of Switzerland in the work of the BPC, following the signature of a Mutual Recognition Agreement between the Commission and the Swiss Confederation.
