Amendments to the REACH Legal Text

Council Regulation No 1354/2007 of 15 November 2007 adapted Articles 3(20)(b) and (c) of the REACH legal text by reason of accession of Bulgaria and Romania

European Parliament and Council Regulation No 1272/2008 on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures. Article 57 of this Regulation amended a number of provisions in REACH from 22 February 2009. Article 58 of this Regulation specifies amendments to the REACH text as from 1 December 2010

Test Methods Regulation

Council Regulation No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 laying down test methods pursuant to Regulation No 1907/2006 (REACH).

The text was corrected by the Council on 30 May 2008.

On 23 July 2009, the Commission amended it for the purpose of its adaptation to technical progress.

On 8 December 2010 the Commission amended it for the purpose of its adaptation to technical progress
