Downstream users
You are a downstream user if you use a substance, either on its own or in a mixture, in the course of your industrial or professional activities. If you are a manufacturer or an importer of a substance, a distributor or a consumer, you are not a downstream user.
Is your use supported by your supplier's exposure scenarios?
Your use is covered by the supplier's exposure scenario if it is listed in the exposure scenario,which is attached to the supplier's safety data sheet and you comply with the relevant conditions of safe use set out in the exposure scenario.
If your use is not supported by the exposure scenario, you need to take action.
